The Christian Diet Plan

For 6 weeks this sum­mer, CrossTrain­ing Wednes­day nights will be divided up into groups to dis­cuss how we can bet­ter read and take in God’s word. God describes His Word as milk. We are com­manded to desire it like a new­born baby wants food. So, this series is all about us tast­ing and see­ing that God’s word really is desirable.
